It usually takes us 8-12 working days to deliver our parcels. We are committed to the environment and only ship orders in minimum quantities. We appreciate your contribution to making the world a better place.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment from our tracking page. Please also check your spam folder, as sometimes our e-mails can end up there. The tracking system may take a few days to be active.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please check the tracking code. In some cases, parcels may be blocked in customs. Please wait an additional 3 working days. If after 5 additional days you still have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
Changes in plans can happen. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.
